Policy of Reservations for Special Events
Prepayment :
·A prepayment of $500 (non refundable in case of cancellation) is requested at the moment the reservation in order to block the date for the client.
·50% of the event (estimated if is not detailed) must be received 30 days after the reservation of the date for the wedding.
·Rest 50% prepayment must be received 75 days prior to the day of the event.
Refund in case of cancellation :
·If the event is cancelled 75 days before the day of the event 25% of the total cost will be refunded.
·If the event is cancelled 74 days or less before the day of the event , no refund will be granted.
·The number of persons only may be modified up to 72 hours prior to the event (10% maximum).

Policy of Reservations for Rooms in Special Events
Prepayment :
·The hotel must receive full prepayment of the total cost of the bride & groom`s room as soon as the date for the wedding is reserved.
·The hotel must receive full prepayment (or credit card guarantee) of the total cost of the rooms at least 60 days prior to the day of the arrival. If not received the hotel will cancel the reservation and sell the rooms to the public assuming that are no longer needed.
Refund in case of cancellation :
·All cancellations must be received in writing.
·A full refund will be granted if cancellation is received at least 59 days prior to the arrival date.
·If cancellation is done with 58 days or less prior to the day of the arrival the equivalent of one night per room reserved will be charged.
No refunds will apply if nights booked are not totally used on or after the date
